Confirm the transaction and service scope

Make the supplier genuinely cargo-ready

Confirm finished goods, export packaging, package marks, final weights and loading capability. Agree the container type and the date it can be positioned at the factory. Check gate access, loading hours, labour, forklift or crane requirements and the time needed to secure cargo. Build backwards from port cut-off with a realistic inland transport allowance.

Review documents before the truck moves

Invoice, packing list, export data, origin documentation, product certificates and shipping instructions should be drafted and checked early. Requirements vary by product and transaction. Ensure buyer and consignee details align with the Qatar import arrangement. Verify package count, weights and descriptions after packing, then update final documents before carrier cut-offs.

Prepare the Qatar delivery before departure

Appoint the required clearance support, confirm import permissions where applicable and share arrival documents before the vessel reaches Hamad Port. Understand free time and delivery constraints. Book a suitable vehicle and confirm site access, unloading and empty return. If goods are urgent, identify which document or approval is most likely to control release and track it actively.
